No, a doctor referral is not needed unless you have a contract with a medical financing agent.
At ACC, we don’t accept insurance. The only insurance we accept is Medicaid Waiver. We’ll provide you with the forms and superbills necessary for possible out of network reimbursement from your insurance provider. We understand for some of you this may be difficult, however, we feel this allows us to offer the best care to our clients.
Yes, we offer all of our services through self-pay options and on a sliding scale. We also offer in-house installment options if you are not able to pay for the full package at once.
We work with kids, adolescents and adults of all ages. No matter your age, we can develop a unique program specifically tailored to your needs. The youngest person we have worked with was 3, and the oldest was 93.
The first step to see if we are a good fit for your needs is to schedule a free consultation. We can meet in person or by video conference and discuss how we may be able to help you. Funding through state waivers needs to be authorized through your CCB service coordinator, so it can be extremely helpful to include them in your consultation. We are a Program Approved Service Agency offering support to those with a CES, CHRP, SLS or DD waivers.
